Bimetallic Tubes for Tubesheet Heat Exchangers
The Bimetallic Tubes, a combination of an outer tube of Stainless Steel or Mild Steel and inner tube of Aluminium Brass or Copper-Nickel, have a huge advantage for cooling in the oil refining and petrochemical industries. The Bimetallic Tubes are attached with sleeves (The attached length is from 20% to 50% of the wall thickness of the Tubesheet) on both ends with the same alloy as the inner tube to prevent galvanic corrosion.
Bimetallic Tubes has a huge advantage for:-
Heat Exchangers For Power Plants
High Corrosive Systems (Condenser, Evaporators, Sea Water Desalinations, Fertilizing, Urea Systems, Ammonia, Gas, Corrosive Acids)
Chemical and Petrochemical Industries
